Is to dig deep and discover what is it that is stopping you TODAY from making that change. Be it limiting beliefs or any other obstacles and to remove them. As Ernest Holmes says ‘Change your thinking, Change your life’

Step 3

Is to design a plan and define actions and strategies that will move you closer to your objectives and get you successfully to your desired goals.

Step 4

Is to keep you accountable between sessions, ensuring that you stay on track and complete your actions to move forward. You may know that people give up on goals if they are not accountable to anyone. Guess what? This is the final part of my 4S plan and I will be there to hold you accountable for your actions and I will support you in achieving your goal.
